The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ rule direction commanding upon the respondents to show cause and direct the respondent authorities to release the amount of difference of salary for the period 19.10.2011 to July 2014 on account of sanction of A.C.P. and for payment of the said difference of salary with interest to the petitioner who has retired from service." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Circle Officer, Lahladpur, DistrictSaran to make payment of arrears of salary in pursuance to sanction order dated 20.10.2018, as contained in Memo No.1609, issued by the District Establishment Committee,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13710 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 within a period of three months from today. It is directed, accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
