The petitioner seeks bail in Sourbazar P.S. Case No. 557 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

The police alleged that while he was raiding the house of the petitioner, the petitioner managed to flee away from the house, but on search arms and ammunitions were recovered from under the bed of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 03.04.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
