It would appear from perusal of the first information report itself that it was co-accused, Domi Sharma, who caught and twisted the neck of informant's mother and so far as petitioner is concerned; no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Accordingly the petitioner named-above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gamhariya P.S.
