Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 09.04.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9908 of 2013.
Perused the report of the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari, who has reported that two witnesses have been examined and steps have been undertaken for examination of rest of the witnesses, who reside within the district of West Champaran.
Considering that active steps have been undertaken for production of the witnesses, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No.203 of 2012 pending before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27925 of 2014 (5) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, is once again rejected.
The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and take stringent steps for ensuring attendance of the witnesses.
