JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.11.2014 in Complaint Case No. 160 of 2011 registered under Sections 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by this Court and a direction was given to the trial court to confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner, if the relation of the petitioner with complainant is restored. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner took several steps to restore his matrimonial relation with the complainant but the complainant herself does not want to lead her conjugal life with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.1520 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 160 of 2011, trial not 1304 of 2014.
