By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 26.03.2021 passed by the Panchayat Secretary contained in Memo No. 13 dated 26.03.2021, whereby the employment of the petitioner has been cancelled on the basis of the order dated 07.08.2019 as contained in Memo No. 1236 and order contained in Letter No. 159 dated 13.07.2020 issued by the District Programme Officer

3. After perusing the materials on record, it appears that the petitioner has moved straight before this Court without following due procedure of approaching the learned District Appellate Authority.

4. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority for consideration of her matter within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The District Appellate Authority is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible after hearing the parties. The District Appellate Authority is also directed to condone the delay in filing of the appeal by the petitioner as the case was pending before this Court.

5. With the aforesaid, this writ application stands disposed of.
