2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the back and knee of the informant.
4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute between the parties. He further submits that police, after investigation, submitted final form. He next submits that the injuries, allegedly caused by this petitioner, are simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur (Manjhaul O.P.)
