Admittedly, the petitioner is mother of the informant and much prior to institution of the present case; she lodged Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 321 of 2014, in respect of killing of her husband by the informant of the present case and others. The impugned order of learned Sessions Judge reveals that the informant sustained grievous injury on his head, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance whereas; the informant has stated in his written report that the petitioner gave axe blow to him.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kahalgaon

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1472 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 P.S. Case No. 321 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
