Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the allegation against the petitioner that he had abused and thrashed to the informant, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Digha Police Station Case No. 418 of 2017, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
