Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court.

A Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2 stating therein that only two witnesses are left to be examined.

In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in connection with Special Case No.17 of 2012 arising out of NCB/PZU/Cr. No.03 /2012 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge VII-cumSpecial Judge, NDPS Act, Patna, is once again rejected. The trial Court is directed to ensure conclusion of the
