2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing vehemently for some times realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal.

5. If any appeal is filed on behalf of the petitioners on or before 27.12.2024 and issue of limitation arises in that event the authority shall consider that petitioners were before this Court since 22.05.2024.
