The petitioner seeks bail in case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Vikas Kumar alleged that accused Dina Rai and the petitioner, namely, Sikandar Rai came. Dina Rai was armed with a rifle. Dina Rai fired, which hit on the chest of Santosh Kumar Yadav, the brother of the informant. Santosh Kumar Yadav died during the course of treatment. There is no allegation of firing against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1096 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 no specific allegation of firing against the petitioner, petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge- Vth, Saran at Chapra in connection with S.Tr. No. 606 of 2014 arising out of Amnour (Bheldi) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2003.
