In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Warisnagar P. S. Case No. 165 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 393, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation has been made that the victim was killed by unknown persons. During investigation, the witness has identified the petitioner and that he has given a clear cut statement against the petitioner so much so he has also stated this fact in his statement.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8172 of 2016 (3) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 for bail is rejected. However, let the court below is directed to complete the trial within one year.
