2. The accused/petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 436/34 of I.P.C.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is to cause mischief by fire, where he alleged to put house of the informant on fire.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that mere on the basis of suspicion as the petitioner was seen by the informant fleeing away from the place of occurrence, he was implicated with present crime in question. It is submitted that petitioner is in litigating terms with the informant, for which an earlier case was lodged by same

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33793 of 2026(2) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 informant against petitioner which was registered as Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 379 of 2025, where petitioner is on bail.

5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

6. In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as prima facie implication of petitioner appears on the basis of suspicion, as he found fleeing away from the place of occurrence, accordingly, above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks of the order, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Gaya Jee/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J) veena/- U T
