The petitioner has been arrested in connection with S.T. No. 83 of 2013 arising out of Matihani P.S. Case No. 44 of 2003, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is specific allegation of firing against petitioner on the abdomen of the deceased.

Earlier by order dated 01.08.2013 bail petition of the petitioner was rejected.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any merit in this petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
