The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and Section-8 of the POCSO Act.

The prosecution case in brief is that house of one Arvind Singh was searched and in course of search, police found several males and females in objectionable condition. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 29-03-2019. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegation, made in the FIR is denied by the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019.
