The petitioner, Sunil Paswan @ Tunki, seeks regular bail in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.209 of 2014, registered under Sections 457/380/411 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged the case against unknown for committing theft in his house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Sikandar Kumar and thereafter some stolen articles are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that a separate case is registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the first information report and some stolen articles were recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.906 of 2015 (2) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 petitioner is in jail for more than six months and has got no criminal antecedent, his prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana, Motihari, East Champarn in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.209 of 2014.
