JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-328, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was earlier granted privilege of bail but while he was facing trial along with other accused, some coaccused jumped bail and the record was posted for appearance of other accused. In the meantime, petitioner, too, jumped bail resulting cancellation of his bail bonds on 23-12-2013. However, petitioner was remanded on 16-11-2015 and since then, he is languishing in jail custody.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
