Nobody appears on behalf of the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 301/2014 under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Munna Kumar, the informant, named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they had come at the house of Sangita Devi and abused her. They also made allegation that she got Chunnu Sharma killed. Again the accused persons with the entire administration, Inspector, Town Dy.S.P. and others came there to search the house of Sangita Devi. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted Sangita Devi and the informant. They were referred to P.M.C.H., Patna. It is submitted that the police submitted charge sheet but did not annex the injury
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41732 of 2014 (7) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 report in the case diary. The Inspector has reported that the injury report was made available on 09.03.2015. The injuries are abrasion and bruise. Similar injuries were also found on the person of Sangita Devi.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 301/2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 1708/2014.
