The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 560 of 2020 registered under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are relatives of the husband of the deceased. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to oblique and ulterior

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P.S.
