Admittedly, neither petitioner was caught with seized ganja nor any contraband item was recovered from his house and except confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Begusarai in NDPS case no. 10/2014 arising out of Balia P.S.
