JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner misused his privilege of bail for more than twelve years, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 22 of 2000 pending in the court of Sri C.V. Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within three months from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5575 of 2016 (3) dt.24-02-2016 2/2 receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below itself.
