Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 38(1), 37(c)(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

30 liters country made liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 19.03.2019.
