This is an application seeking bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had earlier approached this Court seeking regular bail through Cr. Misc. No. 23355 of 2014, which was dismissed by an order dated 10.06.2014, with an observation that the petitioner shall have liberty to renew his prayer for bail if there was no substantive progress in the trial after six months. It is in this background that the present application forthwith renewing the prayer for bail has been filed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances and taking into consideration that there is no substantive progress in the trial, let the petitioner Md. Saiyyad, be released on bail on furnishing bail
