The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 25.05.2018/ 06.06.2018, passed by the learned J.M. 1st class, Barh, Patna in Complaint case no. 4(C) of 2018, whereby and whereunder cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 420, 120(B), 166, 166(A) and 167 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to file discharge petition at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11033 of 2021(3) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 appropriate point of time before the learned court below. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with the aforesaid liberty.
