JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that the recovered laptop is not a stolen property as the model no. of laptop mentioned in the seizure list is quite different to the model no. given in the first information report.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48900 of 2014 (5) dt.21-04-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 234 of 2014.
