Mr. Gyan Shankar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent Bihar School Examination Board, to take into account her marks in practical examination of Biology in which she has been wrongly shown to be absent.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the Board, on instructions, informs that the Board detected the mistake which was at the level of the school, in question i.e. Sudama Uchh Madhyamik School, and after making verification, her score in practical examination (Biology) has been uploaded on the website and accordingly necessary information has been sent to the processor.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15634 of 2018(4) dt.17-09-2018 2/2 Considering the stand taken on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board, this application is disposed of. I do not intend to enter into any other dispute in the present proceeding, since I find that the petitioner has failed in Chemistry paper of Intermediate Examination and, therefore, she has been declared 'fail' in the said Examination. This application stands disposed of.
