JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the informant disclosed that culprits were uttering the name of one Guddu and after that petitioner was arrested and made confessional statement followed by confessional statement of co-accused. Admittedly, petitioner is in jail custody since long but up till now, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
