Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is driver of the Bolero vehicle from which 71.625 litres of foreign liquor was recovered. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Lalganj Police Station Case No. 89 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which
