JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is in jail custody since long but up till now, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade and it appears that except suspicion and confessional statement, there is nothing against him.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49029 of 2014 (5) dt.21-04-2015 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2014.
