12.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 434 of 2014 registered under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.

Considering that the Petitioner is a part of gang of operating on a detailed plan, I am not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected. However, considering the fair antecedents of the Petitioner, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge if his case is not bifurcated for the said purpose. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.)
