Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act 2016.

50 liters illicit liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 08.03.2019 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
