JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05/ 22-04-2015 Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b) (ii) (c), 21, 23(c) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The accusation is of recovery of 4468 kgs.

The report of the S.P., East Champaran, Motihari dated 30.03.2015 has been produced by the learned APP which suggests that Kumar Rajiv Ranjan, Prakash Kumar, Anand Pandey and Bharam Ram officials of Central Excise and Custom Department are left to be examined.

It is expected from the S.P., concerned to make all efforts to produce the witnesses for their examination.
