Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra, as a Coordinate Bench has already decided the similar issue vide order dated 07.03.2017 passed in CWJC No. 16733 of 2016. Another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has also disposed of the same issue in CWJC No. 8965 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid and in order to maintain consistency, the writ application is dispose of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner in view of order passed in CWJC No. 8965 of 2017 and extend similar

Patna High Court CWJC No.14682 of 2018(4) dt.21-12-2019 2/2 benefit the petitioner as that of petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 8965 of 2017 if on verification the case of the petitioner is found similar to that of petitioner in CWJC No.8965 of 2017. Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ application stands disposed of.
