The statement of the victim has been recorded at paragraph-27 of the case diary, in which, she stated that it was coaccused, Ajit Kumar @ Santosh who gave dagger blows to her and the aforesaid Ajit Kumar @ Santosh has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 08-04-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15705 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3376 of 2015 (3) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Trial No. 134 of 2015 arising out of Maranchi P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Barh, Patna.
