The petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani P.S. Case No. 668 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 38(i), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

5130 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from three vehicles and two persons were apprehended on the spot who disclosed the name of petitioner as one their associates. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of vehicles in question. Petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 668 of 2019.
