2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Medni Chowki P.S. Case No. 263 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that the deceased had committed suicide, which is apparent from the postmortem report as no ante mortem injury has been found. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the postmortem report and the custody of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Medni Chowki P.S. Case No. 263 of 2024.
