====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Pursuant to supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, it has been informed that after the grant of provisional bail to the petitioner vide order dated 05.12.2014, the petitioner died on 11.12.2014 i.e., before he could surrender as the date fixed for doing so was 20th January, 2015.

In view of the aforesaid fact, a report was called from the Superintendent of Police, Katihar and the same has been submitted under letter No. 73 dated 14.03.2015, which discloses that the petitioner has died.

In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off.
