This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 478 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 120 litres of country made liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for
