Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than two months and his name surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna
