Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 169 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2023 and he further submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co-accused.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation against the

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Silao P.S.
