Two bail petitions are being heard together and disposed off by common order as two cases arise in connection with Sessions Trial No. 215 of 2012 arising out of Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 215 of 2011 registered under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case on confessional statement of co-accused Chandan Mishra.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1817 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, VIIth, Buxar, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 215 of 2012 arising out of Buxar Town P. S. Case No. 215 of 2011.
