The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020 dated 26.04.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 188, 341, 323, 325 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 51 of the National Disaster Management Act of 2005 and Section 3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1987.

After some arguments, Mr. Anil Prasad Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail. The prayer is allowed.
