The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that daughter of the informant Sona Devi was married with co-accused Babloo Kumar about 9 years and she had consumed poison during treatment died. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner no. 1 who is Dewar and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners are innocent, have committed no offence and have

Petitioners are in jail custody since 02.03.2019. Petitioner no. 1 is a student of B.Sc. Part-II (Hons.) and has to appear in the ensuring examination which is scheduled to be held in the month of June, 2019, presently has been postponed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aungari (Pir Bigha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 /G.R. No. 333 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st Hilsa, District-Nalanda at Biharsharif.
