JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in paragraph 1 of the bail petition in course of the day.

Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named seven persons and alleged that they made indiscriminate firing. The informant received bullet injuries all over his body. Solik Rai and others also got fire-arm injury.

It is submitted that all the injuries are simple in nature caused by fire-arm. On perusal of the injury report, it appears that the informant and others got pellet injury. One of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1586 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 co-accused Sukumar Rai has been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42494 of 2014. Petitioner is in jail since 11.10.2014. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014.
