The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 447, 448, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that petitioner and Sah Zibair Ansari came at the door of informant, Nagmani Kumar, and started to abuse. When the informant made protest then they entered in his house and started pelting bricks and stones on him and also caused injury through sword at his head. When his wife, Chanchala Devi came to save him then she was assaulted by them and they also snatched her gold chain. The cause of

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute, scuffle took place, in which, informant sustained slit injury but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Moreover, the injury, as found on the person of the informant, is simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
