The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The informant alleged that one persons fraudulently changed his ATM card and withdrew Rs. 2,30,000/- from his account.

It is submitted that name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Manish Kumar @ Chotu and except the confessional statement there is no material against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2014 and he was not identified in T.I.P.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above
