ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-03-2024 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed his objection under Section 9 of the Bihar Orrisa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914. This Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the Certificate Officer is directed to dispose of the certificate proceedings pending before him duly taking into consideration the objections filed by the petitioner and final orders are passed.

2. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of. The entire exercise shall be completed as

Patna High Court CWJC No.9084 of 2022(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
