JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of the petitioner as well as his criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him and admittedly, neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor the stolen motorcycle has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.06.2014 and his trial is still pending.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
