JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has filed a show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 5 i.e. the Registrar, Patliputra University, Patna, Bihar and has submitted that in paragraph no. 10 of the said show cause, it has been stated that the affiliation of the petitioner's institute has been confirmed with same intake capacity as was last permitted by the erstwhile Magadh University.

Patna High Court MJC No.2776 of 2018(5) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner college submits that necessary office order is required to be issued which the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 5 submits, is in process.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any need to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed off.
